十八届三中全会提出，要进一步深化文化体制改革，增强国家文化软实力。要加快社会事业改革，实现发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民。深化教育领域综合改革，健全促进就业创业体制机制,建立更加公平可持续的社会保障制度，深化医药卫生体制改革。要建立系统完整的生态文明制度体系，用制度保护生态环境，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。澳门赌场紧紧围绕广大人民群众最关心最直接最现实的利益问题开展调研，提出了许多有价值的意见建议，反映了群众利益诉求。邀请5位澳门赌场委员就文化、教育、就业社保、医卫、生态环境保护等问题回答记者提问。
